I’m a UI/UX Designer and have been with Aperturio since the very beginning—June 2022.
What attracted me was the team and the prospects for both the company's development and my own growth within it. It’s hard to pick the coolest thing I’ve learned since we’re still early in our journey, but I believe our approach to doing business stands out—it’s shaped by lessons from previous companies Jacek and I worked at.
The most rewarding part of my job is simply doing what I love. I enjoy every part of my field, especially searching and creating—diving into complex aspects of a design direction and turning them into something new, clear, and simple. For anyone considering a career at Aperturio, I’d encourage them to really dive into the company’s processes to better connect and understand where we’re heading.Mazin
I'm a Product Designer, and I've been on the team for a month (assuming you're not reading this way later 😅). What attracted me to work here was that I felt like someone who counted, not just a number, along with the warmth of the people and the communication.
The coolest thing I’ve discovered is that I can manage my salary range and time with no problems and keep different clients with full transparency. The company differs from other places because I’m totally autonomous, yet I know I can count on everyone here. My advice to anyone considering a career with NoFUD is to take the chance to improve yourself — notice that you have even more to give, and in this place, it’s totally possible.Martin S.C
